The Road to Genuine Sustainability
The road to carbon neutrality and sustainability is a long one. In hindsight, the world should have begun the journey hundreds of years ago. In our defence, we did not know then what we know now. The harsh reality is that the world is now playing catch up and the stakes could not be higher and the need for genuine action more urgent.

Extending the life of conveyor belts is crucial for reducing the industry's carbon footprint. In Europe alone, 45,000 km of non-biodegradable conveyor belts, weighing 150,000 tons, are manufactured and discarded annually. By producing belts that last 4-5 times longer, we can cut this by 75,000 tons each year
This reduction means less rubber, polyester, nylon, and associated chemicals end up in landfills, offering a sustainable solution that minimizes waste and environmental impact.
Extending the product life cycle effectively reduces the amount of conveyor belting that needs to be manufactured.
Single-ply construction helps to maximise production efficiency and minimises the amount of power consumed.
We were the first major conveyor belt manufacturer to achieve REACH compliance
